While she trains individuals with ANY goal, her speciality is nagging injuries, achy joints, post-rehab/surgery, chronic illness/pain, and basically anyone that feels "broken". She helps you feel strong, whole, confident, and in-contrail! She shows you how to do the exercises in a way that causes zero pain! and makes you believe you are stronger than you think you are!

GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTION

Bootcamp | Functional Fitness: Full-body, workout alternating between bursts of activity and rest. Builds muscular strength and endurance using strength training, plyometrics, and body weight exercises.

Bootcamp | Cardio and Core: A mix of intense, dynamic core-stabilizing exercises and cardiovascular endurance. Get the blood flowing and heart rate elevated.

Bootcamp | Align and Revive: A mat based class to improve flexibility and build strength. Improve your coordination and balance while working your core and alignment.

Zumba: Perfect for everybody and every body! We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie- burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective and super fun! It’s a total workout, combining all elements of fitness—cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you take a class.

Yoga with Roots of Peace: Roots of Peace Yoga classes are based on Vinyasa flow yoga, incorporating breath-awareness, meditation, and brain health exercises to help restore the body and mind. The amount of intensity is controlled by each individual student and lots of modifications are provided throughout the practice, making these classes ideal for beginners and advanced yogis.
